Central Crossing is a newly announced name for the joint venture development between the Group and Wing Tai Properties Limited, located at 118 Wellington Street in Central, Hong Kong. Slated for completion in mid-2026, this is a significant mixed-use placemaking project, with a gross floor area of approximately 433,000 square feet, integrating Grade A offices, a luxury international hotel, a bespoke lifestyle hub, green open space and heritage preservation. Central Crossing is the first and only Grade A office development built in a heritage site among Urban Renewal Authority’s (URA) projects in Hong Kong. 

A site that will provide a striking new addition to the city’s urban landscape, Central Crossing has been designed to provide fresh and unexpected combinations to refresh, inspire, and energise the neighbourhood, city, and the world.
