Mr. Hubert Chak, joined the Company as Group Chief Operating Officer in 2007. He was an executive director of Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited and was also the company secretary and director of mergers and acquisitions of PCCW Limited until February 2007. He is a non-executive director of Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited. Prior to joining the Pacific Century group in 1999, he worked for a number of international investment banks in Hong Kong and has more than 10 years’ experience in corporate finance transactions in the region. He is a graduate of the University of Wales (now known as Cardiff University) in the United Kingdom and holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
