CSI Properties Limited focusing on repositioning and value enhancement.  Our focus is mainly on commercial projects in prime location and high-end residential properties in Hong Kong and Shanghai.  Currently, the Group owns and manages over 1.6 million sq. ft. of prime properties in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

During these years, CSI has successfully leveraged on its management’s strength in identifying strategically located properties, repackaging and repositioning them to improve rental yield and thereby bringing value enhancement.  Our unique property repositioning model has proven its success and the Group’s total assets has increased by over 9 times since 2004 to over HKD8.5 billion (as at 30 Sept 2011).
